Shipping:
- Our FLAT RATE shipping in Canada is $8.00 CAD and to the USA is $12.00 CAD.
- Our FLAT RATE shipping to Australia and New Zealand is $18.00 CAD when the order weighs less then 1 kg. For orders over 1 kg, we will email you with the shipping cost before processing your order.
- We provide free shipping in Canada and USA for orders over $150.00 (before taxes). *Not applicable on custom, wholesale or high volume orders.
- Shipments usually take 3-7 for most Canadian Destinations and 6-12 Business Days to reach most US destinations.
- We ship all in-stock products after payment has been received within 3 business days (M-F). This time frame does not include weekends and statutory holidays.
- All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
- Products are available for store pick-up in Prince George, BC. Please click-on "Store Pick-Up" when you go to check-out.
- During holiday seasons, delivery times often take longer and it is difficult to estimate a time for delivery.
Currency and Sales Tax:
- All orders are in Canadian Dollars.
- Residents of British Columbia, Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Labrador and Nova Scotia will be charged HST.
- Residents of Manitoba, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan will be charged PST and GST. Quebec will be charged GST and QST.
- Residents of Alberta will be charged GST only. The terrotories of Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut will be charged GST only.
- No sales tax is applied to international orders.
- We are not responsible for import taxes, duties, brokerage or other extra costs that might be associated with shipping internationally.
Refunds and Exchanges:
At EnviroStyles all our products are of extremely high quality however if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily exchange or provide a refund for the item subject to the following being met:
- All items returned for exchange or refund must be returned new and in the same condition as they were sent, in original packaging with labels, unused, or damaged.
- Should items not be received back in this new condition they will be returned to the customer with the return shipping cost the responsibility of the customer.
- All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Exchange or refund will only be given on the value of the item/s. Delivery charges are not refundable and additional delivery charges will be incurred unless the item is faulty.
- Sale items are not refundable.
- Please call or email us first to advise that you will be returning the goods and whether you would like a replacement, alternative item or refund.
- All refunds will be issued via the same method used to purchase the items.
